Property Check Contract
Scope of Work
Weekly property inspections include:

 Check plumbing to insure all water is working properly, no leaks, toilets flush.
 Leave all kitchen cabinet and vanity doors open to expose plumbing (winter months).
 Leave all bedroom and bathroom doors open.
 Leave hot tub room door open or closed depending on specific location and access to heat source.
 Check that all doors and windows are closed and locked.
 Check that all lights are working (replace bulbs as needed).
 Turn off all lights.
 Any issues requiring repairs (under $200.00) will be completed and invoiced.   Repairs (over $200.00) will be reported for authorization.
 Snow shoveling of decks will be done on an ‘as needed’ basis at a rate of $37.50 per hour.
 Arrange for annual furnace to be serviced and filters changed (invoice to owner).
 Insure that thermostat is maintained at 60 degrees during winter months.
 Check that furnaces and hot water heaters are operating properly (pilot lights on).
 Make sure hot tub is filled and ready upon arrival (will need eMail confirmation of arrival and departure dates).  Hot tub levels (chemicals) will be completed by arrival.  Weekly checks on hot tub will be included. Maintaining appropriate (on site) chemicals will be invoiced as needed (chlorine, ph-up, ph-down, etc.)
